Explore the Magical World of the Bach Flower Remedies
Would you treat a scared person and an angry person the same way?
Definitely not!
Yet, modern medicine with its symptomatic approach to disease does exactly this. Two people may have a tummy ache. One is anxious about it – hoping it is nothing serious. Another is frustrated with it – feeling they have done so much, yet this ache keeps coming back. Typically, both will be given the exact same medicine to “cure” it. Sounds crazy when you think about it this way – doesn’t it?
Around 80 years ago, Dr. Edward Bach closed down a successful Harley Street practice and retired to the countryside to seek out cures in Nature.
He did this because he felt that the orthodox medicine of his day was not really addressing the root cause of people’s illnesses. Dr. Bach believed that it was important to treat the whole person, not just the symptoms. For him, the emotional state of mind of a person was far more critical than the symptoms they were suffering from. He believed that such a system of healing would only be found in Nature. And so, the Bach Flower Remedies were born. It took him 19 years to discover and create his Bach Flower Remedy system and declare it complete.
After he died in 1936, his colleagues formed the Bach Centre to take forward his work from an obscure little village in the British countryside to the rest of the world.
The Bach Flower Remedies have their roots in homeopathy and are a system of 38 remedies that can be used to treat and balance out emotions, creating a deep sense of well-being.
The remedies are made from flower essences, which are diluted in water and taken orally. They can even be applied topically. The remedies can be used to treat conditions such as anxiety, depression, stress, and insomnia – or just gain relief from a chattering mind or be able to sleep better. The remedies are safe for adults, children, and even pets. They are non-habit-forming, non-toxic and have no side effects.

If you’re looking for an alternative treatment for emotional well-being, the Bach Flower Remedies may be worth delving into. These natural remedies have been helping people around the world find balance and harmony for over 80 years.
The remedies are made from common flowers, plants and trees. Each one is used to treat a specific emotion. There are 38 Bach Flower Remedies in total, and the Level One program teaches about all of them. It’s astounding to note that in their permutations and combinations, you can treat and balance out over 2 million states of mind.
I offer the Bach Centre, UK certified training to explore, understand and effectively use the Bach Flower Remedies. This course is perfect for those who want to learn about holistic healing and create emotional well-being.
You’ll learn about all 38 remedies, the philosophy of Dr. Edward Bach, who created them, as well as dosage instructions and how to make the remedies yourself. By the end of the program, you’ll have a better understanding of your own emotions… perhaps even how to manage them effectively. The course is a blend of classroom style lectures, group work, role play, etc. I use principles of Adult Learning Theory and NLP to make a simple system, even simpler to grasp. The Bach Flower Remedies are a powerful tool for anyone looking to improve their emotional health and wellbeing.
During the Level 1 program, while you learn about the Bach Flower Remedies, you will end up learning a lot about yourself. Why do you and others around you behave the way they do. Wouldn’t you agree that life becomes easier when you understand yourself and others better? You may be surprised at how much doing just the Level 1 program can help you to improve the quality of your life.
I teach all 3 levels of the Bach Centre, UK certified training, and offer them as in-person and online courses. You can read more about the Bach Flower Remedies and all the courses I offer on my website www.bachflowers.in
So, if you’re feeling Bach-ed out and want to try something new, I invite you to enrol on my Level One program. It’s a great way to learn about holistic healing and emotional well-being. And who knows, maybe you’ll create a deeper understanding of yourself while learning about the remedies.
