Welcome to bawadinesh.com. This website is operated by Khurshed Batliwala and Dinesh Ghodke ("we", "us"). Payments made on this website are received by V19 Productions, our company. By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What this site is

This website shares our work: our books, courses, talks, blog, music and other projects. Most products linked from this site are sold by third parties. The site also lets you support our music with a voluntary tip, and may in future offer digital products directly.

Tips

If you enjoy our music, you can leave us a tip. Tips are entirely voluntary, of an amount you choose, and are a gift in appreciation of freely available music; nothing is sold or owed in return. Tips are processed securely by Razorpay and received by V19 Productions. Tips are non-refundable. If you believe you made a payment in error (for example, a duplicate payment), contact us via the Contact page and we will look into it.

Digital products

Where digital products are offered for sale on this site:

  • Pricing. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay and received by V19 Productions. We do not see or store your card, UPI or banking details.
  • Delivery. Digital products are delivered to your email address or made available online after payment confirmation, and in any case within 24 hours.
  • Refunds are governed by our Refunds & Cancellations Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Purchases from third parties

Links on this site may take you to third-party websites, including Amazon (for our books and other products) and Art of Living (for course registration). Purchases on third-party websites are transactions between you and that party, governed by their terms, pricing, delivery and refund policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites or their commercial practices. Some outbound links are affiliate links; see our Affiliate Disclosure.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, images, illustrations, design, audio and video — belongs to us or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may read, share links to, and quote brief excerpts with attribution. You may not republish, reproduce at length, scrape, or use our content commercially without our written permission. "Bawa and Dinesh", the titles of our books, and associated artwork are our property or the property of our publishers.
