Refunds & Cancellations Policy

This policy covers payments made directly on bawadinesh.com. Purchases made from third-party retailers linked from this site (such as Amazon) or course registrations made with other organisations (such as Art of Living) are governed by that party's own policies; please contact them directly for those.

Tips

Tips left in appreciation of our music are voluntary gifts of an amount you choose. Nothing is sold in return, and tips are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once made.

If you believe you made a payment in error — for example, a duplicate payment or an unintended amount — contact us at info@bawadinesh.com within 7 days with the payment reference, and we will look into it.

Digital products

Digital products purchased on this site cannot be cancelled or returned once delivered, and are not refundable, except in the following cases:

• the product is faulty or corrupted;
• the product is inaccessible or was never delivered; or
• the product is materially not as described.

In any of these cases, contact us at info@bawadinesh.com within 7 days of purchase with your payment reference, and we will fix the problem or refund you in full, at your choice.

How refunds are processed

Where a refund is due, it is initiated within 2 business days of approval and made to your original payment method through Razorpay, our payment processor. Refunds typically reflect in your account within 5-7 business days of initiation, depending on your bank or card issuer. We will email you when your refund is initiated.

If something is not resolved

If you believe your issue has not been handled properly, escalate it to info@bawadinesh.com with the subject "Escalation" and we will respond within 3 business days. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India) or the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.
